I have a NORTON subscription active. A coupld of days ago started pop-up messages that I have 5 viruses and that I should remove them. When clicking "remove" it asks me to buy a norton subscription. How to solve this problem? I could not find any chatting possibility with NORTON. The alerts come from "ponredon.co.in and ask to renew subscription via Microsoft Edge.

That is a scam pop-up, most likely due to a browser redirect. I would first clear your browser(s) caches and cookies. Then. Download and run a full system scan with Malwarebytes, allow it to remove whatever it finds.
