Trying to login on Norton 360 and getting Server Error

I have Nortons 360 I have a multiple subcribtions. I have it on my computer and Cell phone's both personal and work . But I had installed the norton 360 app on my sister's phone and made a separate login for her. I sent her the download from my subscription it worked find on her computer but I've been trying to get it to work on her Phone it's a andriod 10 I go to sign in with her login and it spining circle comes up for a few seconds then I get a Server error  " We are working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Try again later." ( -1003).  I've been trying to add her device to her subsciption.   Note: I do have her phone add on my subscription added devices could this be the problem.  I've tried shutting off everything in her VPN I've even took a stab at shutting WiFi and it's still a no go . Is there anyone that can help me with this problem. Thanks
