Dark Web Monitoring & Parental Control fails to appear in My Norton

Should have kept my mouth shut. Today, had 4 computer logins, none showed full number of item, just the 4. Once did not even show 'give us more money for additional services so had it's good points, when it was available, only 3 out of previous 5-6 showed. Could this be something not pulling in from Norton Web site connection, I have made no changes to ether windows or Norton. Everything been fully working since my last post. See what happens tomorrow - not that I use My Norton anyway, but would be nice to know everything is 100%.

Good Morning all who are experiencing this not showing on Dashboard "Dark Web Monitor"

As i too have this issue i have been searching for an answer as you know, and at last i feel i have in a way solved my issue, and hope this helps all others here!

You have to Log In to your Norton account first of course through the dashboard on Top where it says  My Account  Active. Now once there you can go to the Information on what is included in your package plus can do other things as you will see.

Now although the Dark Web does not show on the Dashboard, it is in fact working in the background all the time, as i have found out. I also had rceived one Email so far just a few Hrs ago telling me that it had found something that may be compromising to my computer and me. I followed the Link and saw all that was revealed. So Yes it is working. So i would presume now that any others having the same issue would also be protected without you actually knowing, silly really but thats that! I am happy now that all is AOK.  Hope this assist others. See Screen Grabs
