unable to use our norton linces for our total devises

i have two subscription of 10 computers each. 
means for total 20 computers i can use norton antivirus . but practically i am using around 12 to 14 computers .  the reason some computers we have dispose off (in which norton was installed) and for new computers norton is not workable because for further computers i am not allowed. what is the solution.   
further we are very unhappy with norton because they close help chat  . the available chat help on web is done by robots which is useless . not helpful . few years back there was human help was available and problems were handled very efficiently.

If you have older, no longer used computers you need to remove them from the subscription list for each 360 subscription. Log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Look for your active subscription and click on Manage Licenses. Find the devices you no longer want to protect and click on the trash can beside that. This will free up the activation for use on a new computer. Do this for each subscription to get all licenses available. 

 As for trying to chat with Norton Support   www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
