Norton Download Manager Ink

Hi, I have recently purchased a new computer and downloaded Norton, which seems to be fine.  However, I have noticed that Norton Download Manager Ink is in the one drive recycle bin.  I didn't delete anything to do with Norton, so not sure why it was deleted, unless that was part of the install and it is no longer needed, so it automatically goes into the recycle bin.  Is it needed? Do I need to reinstate it?

The download manager goes automatically in the bin after install as far as I know, so yes no need to reinstate.
