Norton Firewall settings

Is there any settings of Norton firewall to cut off the Internet connection ? So that my PC is unable to connect with wifi or any network connection until those settings are changed back to normal from Norton firewall. Guide me through options and if possible you may provide screenshots as well.

i think the best solution is your aiplane mode on your pc/device

not awaree of any firewall or other settings in norton itself to stop a connection ( could be wrong) but if you did use a block that way it would have to be turned off again to connection to the internet
