The only change made was to change PWM password which I keep on a USB done the same routine many times with no issue's the email not listed is that of my ISP account which is used to pay the fee and check the data left I'm no computer geek far from it but Norton has a reputation of imposing it's new idea's on customer remember VPN changed to wgtunnel overnight.
