How get back my original home page that used to open properly

Just tried , don't do Features - got what I need, all the following from Home screen. Feature Setup first takes to My Norton then goes to on-line Features Set-Up, closing on-line back to My Norton. Report Card goes to MY Norton then to on-line report, close report, back to My Norton where it can be accessed from but named Protection Report. Smart Scan opens My Norton followed by Smart Scan, then back to My Norton. All the foregoing are duplicated on My Norton page & can be run from there - strange. Messages, Search & Help run directly from Home Screen without-out My Norton opening but are duplicated there. Settings available directly from Home screen, also, clicking on Device Security in My Norton returns to Home Screen, other options available in Device Security by pressing down arrow. Perhaps Norton needs to issue a road map.

As detailed, for me, buttons do work but, I'm sure, not as they used to, most operations used to by-pass My Norton, but as I said, do not normally bother with them. In the past had issues with certain buttons not responding, that was put down to display adaptor out of date, updating driver in Windows Device Manager used to solve but not had that issue for 10 years plus, might be worth a try.
