No humans to contact.

I have had Lifelock for several years. It is impossible to have contact with anyone in the company. No phone number. No chat. No nothing. It used to be good but like everything else it is nothing but a scam to get your money. The number I did have contacts someone from India or Pakistan. They wanted to remotely control my computer. ??? No way. Then I get scam emails for exorbitant amounts of money for renewal. The header reads :
