I would like the Diagnostic Report to be more advanced, such as be able to detect if your sound is not working, and if problems are found it should provide a Link for recommendations or to fix the problem.

What do others think about this? Are there other specific ideas for the diagnostic report aside from sound?

Agree, this feature doesn't directly help user of it to make them able to quickly remedy the detected problems as it's now. This is a feature which could be greatly improved with automatic fixes, etc. and make N360, and the Norton family in general very unique and useful in the sense of repairing and supporting, etc.
