Problems starting 360 after hit with ransomware

Day prior to Ransomware 360 worke fine.

Ransomware hit and was removed with eraser.  1 file

Next time I tried to run 360 Live Update and 360 returned unspecified error message.

C:program files (x86)\Norton360\engine 64\6.4.1.14\vistub.exe

Atempted to update Norton 360. Norton could not find an operating Norton program on my computer.  The 360 logo is missing also fro taskbar.

The Norton 360 onour other computer runs fine.

Recheck of Live update and 360 no give a quick slight contracting of desktop everything returnes to normal desktop followed by no further change.

Please try to follow the instructions listed in the following link:  I'm talking about the link at the bottom, which takes you to the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool - as it appears you have already used the NPE.
