My Credit Card HAD expired in due time and it IS now automatically renewed and VALID... But ...

I am a devoted and very satisfied Norton Internet Security customer from 2008 (a NAV customer from 2006) and the reason is that Norton Products never failed me!
Nowadays I got a new PC, a desktop (thanks in advance for your best wishes!) and I will install NIS2011 as soon as possible; that's why I visited my Norton Account and everything was fixed in due time ... with one exception.
"Action required: Your credit card has expired. Please update your credit card information now."
Well, I am the proud owner of a MasterCard that had expired a few months ago and it has been replaced -in due time and properly, that is automatically- by another MasterCard with the same Card Number of course (the back-side extra three digits have been replaced but this isn't the issue "here"...) and -to my best knowledge- my new credit card is fully valid from every aspect: no problems at all, transactions are processed normally.
Thus I'm trying to update my credit card's information but ... "Cannot authorize credit card": this is written quite a few times in the Card Number Field though I do insert correctly my Card's very Number.
What can I do in order to fix this "Action required. Your credit card has expired..." issue?
Shall I be able to install NIS2011 (the product expires next summer for me) in the new desktop?
Thanks in advance!
