Unable to access Identity Safe

Hi, I'm entering my correct password & I'm getting the following error message

"A network error is preventing access to your Norton Account. Please check your computer's Internet connectivity and try again."

My Internet connection is working fine as I've posted this, any help will be appreciated!! Thanks.

Try clicking on Support - Get Support to run  Autofix to check your installation and fix what it finds.

Be sure you have run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.
