Why do I need another Anti-Malware-Tool like Malwarebytes when I already own Norton Internet Security? What is Norton Internet Security good for when it can't even remove such a thing like Qone8 ?
Qone8 is basically an adware on the computer. These adwares are installed on the computer while you install a genuine software from a free download link/ direct servers.
Generally, you need to be a lot careful while installing the genuine software's since you need to uncheck few options while installing the softwares as adwares like qone8, conduit, websearch are installed in this manner. Now, since the user has allowed the installation of these programs, Norton cannot directly block it. Also, basically they are not termed as viruses but they are adwares/browser hijackers.
These programs do not access the files on the computer but does give annoying popups and redirection.

You can easily remove it manually.
Or use AdwCleaner (free) http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/
