also issue in new HDD(1 TB) is not booting windows 7 and it will become "RAW" format. it is not formatted nor delete volume.

Kindly help me how to boot from original (500TB) HDD and what to do with new HDD(1TB).

Avinash Patil,

When do you see the blue screen? Is it immediately after powering on or a minute later? What is on the blue screen?

Can you post a photo of the blue screen? We need to see it to decide what went wrong.

Thanks for the feedback. The blue screen sounds like a drive letter issue due to copying to a partition with a drive letter. Rather than copying to unallocated free space.
