Norton Core Pre-Order Deal - $100.00 / Sweepstake

I received a notice through my Norton Security Premium offering a $100.00 discount to pre-order a Corer. In addition, there was a link to enter a sweepstakes to win a Core. When I hit link to enter Sweepstakes, I was re-directed to a page to sign in, which I did. Now I can't find my way back to the Sweepstakes offer. Any help?

lots of problems on the website. does not bode well  for a tech company that they can't manage their website.

could not even get to the information about  Core from the  link pushed to my desktop.

I have gotten all  kinds of errors like:

HTTP Status 403 - Expected CSRF token not found. Has your session expired?

type Status report

message Expected CSRF token not found. Has your session expired?

description Access to the specified resource has been forbidden.

I have asked someone from Norton to look into these issues with the offer and web site.

I ALSO HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM:

NORTON IS SENDING POP-UPS TO MY COMPUTER OFFERING $100 OFF THE NEW NORTON CORE, AND WITH THIS OFFER IS A TAB TO ENTER A SWEEPSTAKES. PROBLEM IS, THERE IS NO SWEEPSTAKES ATTACHED TO THIS LINK. WHEN YOU FOLLOW THE LINK, YOU ARE ASKED TO LOG INTO YOUR NORTON ACCOUNT. AFTER YOU LOG IN, THERE IS NOTHING THERE (OR ANYWHERE ELSE ON NORTON THAT I COULD FIND) ABOUT ANY SWEEPSTAKES.  I WANT TO BE ENTERED INTO YOUR CORE SWEEPSTAKES.

HOW IS IT LEGAL FOR A COMPANY TO MAKE THE OFFER/ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SWEEPSTAKES, BUT NOT PROVIDE A METHOD FOR ENTERING THAT SWEEPSTAKES?  I THINK THEY OUGHT TO SEND EACH PERSON WHO COMPLAINS ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO ENTER, A FREE CORE AND BE DONE WITH IT !

I called Norton about this problem and spoke to five different people before reaching a supervisor who promised to get back with me.  The case number I received was: <removed>.  Whoever is monitoring this forum, should fix the offer to allow people to enter whatever sweepstakes there is, as soon as possible, before more people get frustrated by this tech company posting false sweepstake offers....

Would be nice if you could be a little more forthcoming. When will you look into this? When can we expect a solution? Will we be directly notified of the solution or will have to keep trying the link in the popup. WHICH KEEPS SHOWING UP ON MY COMPUTER?

I am also having this problem.  I was already signed in to my Norton Account and clicked on the "sweepstakes" which took me to the "You must be signed in to your Norton Account to participate in this sweepstakes".  I signed in again, and it just goes thru this continuous loop.  I did click on the Customer Support at the bottom of the Sweepstakes sign in page, which took me "prizelogic.zendesk.com", where I submitted a request (from the link at top of page).  I included screen shots and explanation of what was happening.  24 hours later, this is the response I got:

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. It is our recommendation to you to use the latest version of Google Chrome on a desktop.
If you continue to encounter issues while attempting to enter, please provide a clear image of the issue you are encountering so we can investigate further.

Sounds like a bot response for sure.

Duh!  I had already tried Chrome, Explorer and Firefox, and I attached screen shots to my first email.  So, I sent screen shots AGAIN!

This sure smells like a scam coming from Norton, and I am a long time Norton devotee.  They should address our concerns if they value us as customers.

I had exactly the same experience 3 months ago.  Obviously Prizelogic doesn't care and Symantec doesn't seem to realize there is a problem.  I finally got access to the sweepstakes page when I got an email for the $100 offer.  The link on the email worked OK.  Being caught in the "you must be signed in" loop is very frustrating.  Once you get registered, the sweepstakes page is pretty confusing also.  You can earn up to 50 'registrations' be watching videos and other tasks, but it is very hard to understand the process.

Sweepstakes / Sign-In loop.  Is anyone at Norton working to resolve the loop???  Anyone?
