Shipping delays?

I'm not sure this is the right place to ask this question, but it relates to the Norton Core product (or lack thereof):  I ordered and paid for Norton Core on October 8.  The first product I received contained an expired digital certificate.  However it took more than 2 weeks for Norton to determine that was the cause of the problem installing the device and create an update.  I received voicemails from Norton last week, but was unable to return their calls until Monday, when I confirmed an order for a replacement CORE and paid for next day delivery.  However, it has yet to ship and no one in "customer service" (either in India or Philippines) can tell me when it will ship.  They also claim to have no means of communicating directly with anyone in the US other than via email.  There has been a UPS tracking number created (on 10/29) but UPS says it will update the delivery information when the package is received from Norton.  How can I determine when this will be shipped and delivered?  I have been waiting for 23 days for a product that works!

Through my repeated efforts with customer "service" as well as a report to Symantec corporate headquarters, my case was ultimately referred to their escalation team in Dublin, Ireland.  The product was finally released for shipping at 6pm on November 1, 2018.  The UPS site says it will be delivered by end of business today, November 2 (although the message from Norton's shipping department said it would be delivered by end of day on November 1 -- by time machine maybe?).  None of the customer service reps in either India or Philippines was able to address this issue and the escalation team has provided no explanation of why this order had not shipped as originally requested.  While I still don't have the router and don't know whether this one will work, I am encouraged that I may actually receive it today.  PLEASE NOTE -- I ordered Norton Core on OCTOBER 8!!!

Dave are you located in the UK? Per this article Core is now supported in Australia and New Zealand as of firmware ver 260. We are now up to version 267 but no release notes are posted indicating Core support for the UK. If your location is indeed the UK that may be the issue with Core not functioning.

SoulAsylum,  Your comments seem irrelevant.  The article you mention talks about providing support for customers located in ANZ, not customer service centers in ANZ.  Further, I am not located in UK, but rather the US.  I'm not sure how you achieved your "GURU" status, but I wish you would not post messages based on inaccurate information or speculation -- they are not helpful.
