I'm not sure this is the right place to ask this question, but it relates to the Norton Core product (or lack thereof): I ordered and paid for Norton Core on October 8. The first product I received contained an expired digital certificate. However it took more than 2 weeks for Norton to determine that was the cause of the problem installing the device and create an update. I received voicemails from Norton last week, but was unable to return their calls until Monday, when I confirmed an order for a replacement CORE and paid for next day delivery. However, it has yet to ship and no one in "customer service" (either in India or Philippines) can tell me when it will ship. They also claim to have no means of communicating directly with anyone in the US other than via email. There has been a UPS tracking number created (on 10/29) but UPS says it will update the delivery information when the package is received from Norton. How can I determine when this will be shipped and delivered? I have been waiting for 23 days for a product that works!
