Cannot authenticate after upgrade--been trying for several days
Several days ago I received the message to upgrade. One of my kids' computers upgraded fine and I did not have to uninstall and reinstall the product. The other required me to uninstall and reinstall the product, which I have done three times now. The icon in the tray table has a red x on it. When I click on it, a box comes up for me enter my username and password, and it also has a third line with a code that it has autofilled in. When I try to submit this information it either says "The Norton Family Server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later" or "Authentication failed. Verify your email, password, and internet connectivity, and then try again" even though I know I am entering the correct email and password. I have tried this several times over the past several days and I always get one of these two messages. In the meantime, NOF is not protecting this computer. Please help.
