welcome screen norton antispam doesn't disappear

I've installed Microsoft Outlook and Norton Security. The first time I started Outlook, a welcome screen appears about Norton AntiSpam. You can click the option that this message does not appear again. I've done so. But the message stil appears every time I startup Outlook.

How can I get rit of this message?

hi Roodborst

From the main Norton window click on Settings>Anti-spam then click on the Client Integration tab you can turn off the Welcome Screen.
