Crypto Only Halfway Working with Nvidia GTX 1060 3 GB

I was able to install the new Norton Crypto yesterday. I have read two articles, One stating that the minimum GPU is 6 GB and one stating that the minimum GPU is 3 GB. I have an Nvidia GeForce  GTX 1060 with 3 GB and it has been updated with the latest drivers. The crypto program seems to be spinning on it's 10 minute payout cycle. It reads Miner: Active but the Hash Rate stays at Calculating and the Norton Wallet is at 0.000000 ETH. I have also read another article that Ethereum does not work with either the 6 GB or the 3 GB GPU's Nvidia cards now since 2018. Another article stated that there is a 2nd Etherium "Classic" option that did work with the 3GB GPU's but that was halted in December 2018. I guess my question is, will Norton be expanding this program for people that have existing Nvidia video cards below 6 GB that do not seem to be useful? And now 6 GB cards that don't even seem to work with Ethereum?

Re: Crypto Only Halfway Working with Nvidia GTX 1060 3 GB

Similar issue - I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX  1060 with 3GB.  Appears to be running and says active, but the Hash Rate never changes from Calculating.  I would think it would not work at all if not supported hardware. Any way to confirm this will not work?

I am running a MSI gaming x trio RTX 2080 8GB and most of the time I only see calculating in the window. I you want to know what you have accumulated to date you must look in your Norton wallet.
