Have used Norton for years. Created Backup files on IBM external disc that I can view on Windows. However, have moved to MacBook Air and cannot find where Norton 360 under Big Sur will locate and allow review of backup files. Any solutions??

Norton 360 for Mac does not allow me to read files that were created under Windows on an External Disc.  Can still get to the files using Windows but need a solution for use of MacBook Air utilizing Big Sur (latest version).

Have you tried from your Norton account.

Maybe, you can View Backup Sets from your Norton account.

Norton Cloud Backup is available only on Windows
