Norton renewal, why norton will NOT let me download

My services with Norton does not expire until April,2022.  I did not receive my  keys for the last year. Plus I upgrade my service to premium coverage, Norton has already taking the money out but don`t have new keys.  Its seem to me that they like what i pay them, but the services isn`t that great.  I`ll try one more year with Norton and if this year is as bad as last year. I quit norton, been with Norton for 15 years.  WHERE IS MY NEW KEYS

You always have access to your subscription information, including product keys, in your Norton Account. Log in and then click on the user icon at the top right, and click on Manage my Subscriptions. Scroll down to find your current subscription and you can find your product key, expiry date, and links to download your product and to manage the licenses.

I do not believe this comment solve this problem, I can not reach Norton by phone or email. Plus went you call you never get anyone in the USA, only India

I Sign'd In to my Norton account -> Chat Now -> 
I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".

If you are using the Norton Automatic Renewal for your subscription, you do not get a new key. The original key is just extended for the next year.

I have upgraded my services with Norton, I bought a new computer, sent to My Norton to download and I can not down load Norton on My new computer. So what are you saying I can not have the keys, how do I know if your company really upgrades.

I have been dealing with Norton Problems since January, I am getting pretty well PISS OFF. WHY CAN`T NORTON HELP
