Co-exist of Norton 360 Premium and Norton 360 Deluxe

I have Norton 360 Premium (10 devices) subscription.

In order to support more devices, I have purchased Norton 360 Deluxe (5 devices) subscription and the subscription has been activated successfully. Therefore, I have 2 subscriptions in my accounts.  However, when I try installing Norton 360 in a new PC, Norton 360 prompts that I have Norton 360 Premium subscription only and there is no free license.

Any hints?

Try logging into your Norton Account and clicking on the user icon at the top right. Then click on Manage My Subscriptions and then look for the new Deluxe subscription. Click on the Download link for that subscription and follow the directions to install on this device.  That should download and install a pre activated copy of your Norton 360 Deluxe.

Thanks. However, it does not work.

After installation, it will prompt a login screen. After login, it will prompt that there is no license...

Can you get to the main Norton interface? If so, from the new My Norton interface click on the My Account at the top left, and click on Subscription Status to see if that helps. From the Classic interface click on Help > Subscription Status at the bottom right.

I can go to the main Norton interface. However, I cannot switch to the Classic interface. 

At the top left corner, there is a link for activation now. When I press the link, I will be requested to login and Norton cannot locate my Norton 360 Deluxe license.

You should be able to open the classic interface from the Norton icon in the system tray. Right click the icon and click on Open Norton 360. From there click on Help > Enter Product key at the bottom right. Then log into your Norton Account and in the Manage My Subscriptions, find the new Deluxe subscription and copy the product key that you can then enter into your 360 product.

My steps:

1. Log into your Norton Account and clicking on the user icon at the top right.

2. Then click on Manage My Subscriptions and then look for the new Deluxe subscription.

3. Click on the Download link for that subscription and follow the directions to install on this device.

4. Login using my account. In this time, I can see the new subscription. 

5. Select the new subscription.

Therefore, I guess it may be a cache/update issue. Also, I am thinking the downloaded copy has not yet pre-activated, as I still require to login and complete the activation.
