Password Manager does not work with Chrome (4/6/2022)

A couple of days ago, Norton Password Manager stopped working with the Chrome browser.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it from the Chrome website.

I can see the extension image up on the menu ribbon and when I go to the extensions under settings in Chrome, it shows Password Manager as active, but I cannot sign into the vault nor does it work to fill in any usernames/passwords. 

The Chrome version is Version 100.0.4896.75.  I am working on  Windows 10. There is no Norton error message or code.

Update 14.04.22
I  removed and reinstalled Chrome on Home Laptop and now the Vault is working 
Chrome is version Version 100.0.4896.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) just as before but somehow everything is working now

By chance do you have VPN enabled?  I have found for me, sometimes it can interfere with PM in Chrome and if I disable VPN then sign-in to my vault it opens.  After that initial opening I can then use my VPN when signing into my PM with VPN in Chrome.

vpn is off but chrome page is still empty

I use Google Chrome and Password Manager extension is working for me.  I am running Win 10, ver 21/H2.  Norton 360,  22.22.3.9.  Chrome latest version 100.0.4896.75.  Chrome is my Default Browser.

I have the same issue on two machines two different versions of Chrome.
My Work Laptop which has a managed Browser so has not yet been updated which has this Version 99.0.4844.74 (Official Build) (64-bit) installed 20/01/22  on this I can not open the vault,  but the small window opens that I can view logins 
Up until this week clicking vault it would open the tab with the vault opened - this week now when clicking open vault the web page jerks but nothing happens  

Home Laptop  has This Version 100.0.4896.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)  nothing at all works  so I feel the error is with Norton password manager
