Customer service complaint

Has anyone had a bad experience with Norton support?

I contacted them on last Wednesday, as unable to open Norton. Since then 2 of their engineer attempted to re-install but failed. I was promised a call back from a senior technician within 48 hours which never happened, only to receive a email claiming they had tried but couldn't leave message as no answering service?!

Since then they keep promising to contact within 24 hours, it is now Monday evening and I had to contact customer service again and demand they give me a time and day they will contact to resolve the issue.

Is this normal for Norton?
