I have been trying to call support for 4 days & been in queue for hours each time. I cannot start a chat because there is a javascript error on the start chat button. I see nowhere to email anyone for help. This is a bit ridiculous. I have a subscription/billing issue. Thanks in advance! Adriane Bahr

Norton Support is thru Chat or Phone. No email support.
Did you try another browser?

Thanks for the reply. Yes I've tried all those things. Am currently on hold on day4 at 1 hr 35 minutes. Is it always this bad on the phone support? I betcha if I owed money or wanted a new service I'd get answered asap

I did finally reach chat, but it took 3 different reps to fix issue. they tried hard though! I think I'm good for now.
