how to remove duplicate mining rig from wallet ?

I have one wallet and one rig. Due to a problems with Windows a reinstall was required. The rig now shows up with the same name twice - one idle and one running. Since the old (idle) one will never be able to return how can I remove the old one from the mining dashboard?

There was a similar question in January but it is closed but the answer didn't seem to be made public.

if the miner is idle for more than 7 days it will no longer show up in the portal
