My available assets says 0

hello norton community, 

i have a question regarding withdrawing crypto from norton and my total assets says around 1.74$. but my available assets says 0? and i cannot withdraw and currency as its Greyed out and is unavailable to be selected. would really like to know if there is a minimum you need to have to make this available to withdraw? please help ASAP. Thanks for all the support
