I activated PC Pro promo package of Norton 360 but it shows free trial after activation

Hi, I bought the PC Pro promo package of Norton 360 which said it included a VPN. I activated the licence key and got Norton 360 on my mac, but when I downloaded the VPN from my dashboard and signed in, it immediately brought me to a page in that window talking about free trials. I can't see anywhere to get the VPN working despite signing in. There were no other buttons to click that were of any use in that window. How do I get my VPN working? Or is it that I haven't actually got the VPN as part of my package?

You should contact Norton support via chat or phone for a faster response. Norton should hire people who can respond to queries to their products
