Can't view dashboard or log in.

Hi.  I'm using Windows 10, and I was migrated over from Bullguard to Norton 360 for Gamers yesterday, and I was able to view the dashboard and run LiveUpdate, but today, I can't find the dashboard.  When I open My Norton, I only see a green ring with green dots on it, and when I open Norton 360 for Gamers, all I see is a blank white window with a blue bar across the bottom.  I tried pressing the log in button in Norton 360 for Gamers, but nothing happened.  I was able to run LiveUpdate by right-clicking the tray icon and selecting Run LiveUpdate from the menu, but I would prefer to use the dashboard the way I was able to with Bullguard.

When I turned the computer on today and opened Norton, the dashboard came up fine, so I didn't need to remove and reinstall.  However, it's good to know that that's an option if I have problems in the future.  Thank you very much for all your help and advice.

When you were migrated from Bullguard, was your Bullguard product uninstalled before Norton was installed? If not, the two products may be conflicting with each other. You would need to uninstall both, restart your computer, and start fresh with new installation of your Norton product.

As far as I can tell, Bullguard was uninstalled automatically.  It no longer appears to be on my hard drive, and Windows Security shows only Norton for my antivirus and firewall protection.

During the transition, there may have been something that did not go as smoothly as desired. 

Download and run the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool from    www.norton.com/nrnr   Use the Advanced Options > Remove only option. Then restart your computer and log into your Norton Account and click on a Download button to start a fresh installation of your Norton product. Then run LiveUpdate manually a few times, restarting as necessary, until no updates are available? Then restart again. Restarting, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled.   If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. Thanks, I'll try that tomorrow, and post an update on how it went.  If I'm logged in and Norton 360 has already been removed, do I have to pay again for the fresh installation?

As long as you are reinstalling on the same physical computer it will not take up another activation, or ask for any payment.
