hi i have 360 premium for 5 to 10 devices its expired, i want to buy 360 delux but don't wont 2 subscriptions, trying to get on chat support but it wont open apprently because cookies not enabled
so as far as i know i went in and enabled all cookies and still no go
prefer not to have to call on phone

Be sure you do not have a VPN enabled when trying to access chat.
Maybe try a different browser.

i have actually removed norton, and i have tried a different browser and chat still wont work , i know i can call but just want to sort over chat. it just seems like i'm locked to 360 premium
