This depends on how many devices your 360 subscription allows. If you have available activations on the 360 subscription for your computer, you can use that to activate your mobile version. You will still download and install from the Google Play Store, but during the installation process you look for a Sign In button or link. Tap on that to sign into your Norton Account and activate the app.
