Norton won't allow me to set up cloud backup on my MacBook Pro

Hi All - I'm new here - First time poster.

I need some advice please ... I’m unable to set up the Cloud Backup on my MacBook Pro.

I’ve logged into my.norton.com and from the Cloud Backup tile, I clicked on “Set Up Backup”.

A new page came up with an instructional video which I watched, then clicked on the “Got it” button below it, which took me back to the main page with the tiles on it where I started.  So it went full circle and it’s in a continuous loop.

Some advice would be appreciated please - Thank you!
