VPN NOT CONNECTING USA, UK, AUSTRALIA

SECURE VPN ERROR

TURN ON: REGION UK, USA, AUSTRALIA

"ATTENTION REQUIRED SECURE VPN EXPERIENCED AN ERROR AND DISCONNECTED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

IF UNINSTALLED & RE-INSTALLED & LIVE UPDATES PATCHES ARE APPLIED.

RESULTS IN THE SAME ERROR.

I CAN NOT WORK WITHOUT A VPN, THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN OCCURRING SINCE 4 DECEMBER 2022 & HAS GOT PROGRESSIVELY WORSE!

I have suddenly started experiencing this too.
EITHER
when I turn on Secure VPN it tries to connect and then fails without any message,
OR
when I turn on Secure VPN it tries to connect and then fails with the message ATTENTION REQUIRED Secure VPN has experienced an error....

I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Also used LiveUpdate to check nothing needed updating.

My Android phone continues to work with Secure VPN (same broadband and wifi, same Region)
 

So I conclude it is a Windows PC issue, not a Server error.

BUT I HAVE NO SOLUTION

My PC is doing this, as well. If Windows is doing something, then NORTON needs to address the problem..as it is only their app that is causing it.
Can't even use another supplier's VPN as it says there is already one running: - Because(!) Norton's VPN doesn't stop a specific driver, when shut down & not in use. It *should* be, but it doesn't.
I would love to just uninstall the VPN but you can't, as it's integrated into 360, not a separate app - in Windows 11...  :\
