Email for free upgrade, but nothing is available

Received an email from NORTON claiming I could get a free upgrade, but absolutely ZERO comes up on their page except "empty shopping cart" - no link to keep shopping, availability, etc. Are all of their spam emails this ridiculous?

Maybe, try a different browser? 
Did you try the View online option?

Yes sir. Nothing at all comes up. I guess since I have ULTRA, they spammed me for no reason. What jerks.

I imagine Complimentary Upgrade* email is mass marketing.
