Language of the notifications is wrong

Hello, All Norton Family notifications which I receive are in the German language. How can I change this, because I want to receive notifications in the English language? Thanks in advance, Ana

We have changed the language to English in the backend for your account.

Could you please confirm, if the next email you get is in English?
