What device and OS version are you using? 

What error messages or problems are you seeing when trying to use the app? 

Are you using the standalone Norton Secure VPN app or the VPN features in 360?  If you have the standalone app installed, and you also have 360 installed, you should uninstall the standalone app and just use the VPN features in 360.
