How to find the export/import function on Password Manager?

I tried everything, went to the online vault, the online extension, the computer application and still no option to export passwords. Has anyone else had this issue? What can we do to resolve it or how to download the passwords saved in the password manager? 

Any help is welcomed. Thank you!

click on the three horizontal bars (hamburger) 

click Settings -> Show More Settings -> My Data -> Export my vault data

None of this worked, I'm using a Mac system. All I did to work around it was download chrome and download the file that way.
