Bullguard activation code

I saved a new bullguard subscription for me to renew but Bullguard has migrated to Norton and Norton want a 25 digit code whilst I only have 16 on my Bullguard renewal. How do I get around this?

There is no one in the forums that can resolve this for you. You will need to contact Norton Support to get them to exchange the Bullguard product key for a valid Norton key.   www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
