Password manager failure to open

Today, having issues with logging into password manager from both Edge & Firefox. Sometimes works, sometimes not - this afternoon all 'no't.

Clicking on icon brings down login box, click 'Log In' immediately comes up with 'Something 'Something Went Wrong - Try again!

Firefox logged out, tried to log-in again, log-in box comes up, type-in password, fill in 'Capture' box but log-in box greyed out so cannot proceed. Very iffy this morning but no chance this afternoon. There was apparently other issues with Microsoft this morning & various other web sites.

Eventually managed to sign into account in Firefox & can now open Password Manager - Tried same in Edge - both now OK. See how long this lasts, this was what was happening this morning, watching how this progresses.

This morning, when working, was able to open PWM two or three times in succession, try again hour later & then not able to get in.

Initially, this morning, opening from webpage tool bar icon, brought up PWM log-in page but only stuck with the whirling circle on screen but did not complete & bring up log-in entry box.

That did not last long both Edge & FF errors again

Done bit of investigation - latest version of PWM installed 8.01.29 - dated 25th January 2023 - would this offer an explanation why not working properly??

Why do I get the error 'Something Went Wrong - Try again! when trying to open the vault in FireFox using the addon?  I have to actually sign out of the PW manager and sign back in for it to work.  If it is because it closed after a specific time we should be able to reopen it or let it ask us to sign back in instead of the 'Something Went Wrong - Try again! message.
