Unable to log in to Password manager

Unable to sign in to password manager - mobile app & through Chrome app. I hit "sign in" and it looks like it is processing but it doesn't. After a minute or 2 I get "web page not available" and "network issue has occurred". I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling. Not working. Yet I was able to sign on to this web page. Please help. I am on an android phone

i dont live i the usa and in Denmark ther is not that version of norton but ther er bugs in Password manager on android 13 but that is proberly you problem but it is random bugs and not all got them

When the problem rears it's ugly head it is across all platforms.  IE, Edge, Chrome, and Android.  This has been my experience.

Thank you to those who answered. The problem resolved itself in about 3 hours, in stages. Now it will allow me to get signed in.
