Norton Torrent-Optimized Region Not Showing as Option

Hello all  I'm trying to use Norton VPN with my torrenting software and on the Norton website it says all I need to do on Windows is go to Norton, select Secure VPN and then select Torrent-Optimized Region. However that option doesn't even show on my Norton 360, it's not even there and greyed out, it's just none existent. On my Android phone the option isn't showing there either. I had to download the Norton's separate Secure VPN app and THAT app shows the option. How can I actually turn this feature on Windows 10?

Just testing this on my system, you need to have the standalone Norton Secure VPN app installed to see the Torrent Optimised option. It does not show in the VPN feature of Norton 360.

I see the same on my Android tablet.

Is it safe and possible to run the standalone Norton Secure VPN app at the same time as Norton 360 in order to use torrenting with the VPN active? Do you think it would it be better to use different VPN software alongside Norton 360?

I do have the standalone Norton Secure VPN installed as well as Norton 360. I have not seen any conflicts on my system. That does not guarantee you will not see issues. But for your needs, it is worth trying.
