stop notifications

Norton is the main source of spam on my devices. How do i stop Norton notifications? The switch at Norton Task Notification is Off but this computer still gets notifications. I already uninstalled Norton from another computer for the same reason: i don't want any notifications. I don't pay to be notified, i pay to be protected.

not seen that screen in the screen shot but may or may not be same as the one in administrative settings

in settings classic view top right administrative settings than about half way down that screen there is a option for special offers turn that off
