Greetings, I have a dark web alert re username/password usage. After clicking for code to be sent to my email so as to part reveal the password, I never receive that email. Ihave tried in many different sessions over many weeks.

You should be able to view your Dark Web Alerts in your Norton Account using a browser. No codes required. Log into your Account and click on Protect More info in the Dark Web Monitoring pillar. Then click on View Alerts.

Yes, that is exactly where i have been going.. Its the next part that is not working - "Click to partially unmask password".
Then I click 'GET CODE' to get a code sent to my email as part of the verifying the email address.
Except i never get an email. The address is live & used daily.

When I click on the only alert in my Account this is what I see. No link do get any code. Masked password is already displayed, although in my case not much use.

hmmm, i do not see any part of the masked password displayed, just all asterisks.
and, trying yet again 'Click Code', still no email.
