Norton Mobile Security für Android mit BS Android 9.0 Pie funktioniert vorzüglich

Hallo zusammen an alle User, die ein Smarphone besitzen mit dem Betriebssystem Android, und wo auch die Version Android 9.0 Pie ausgerollt werden soll. Heute in meinem Heimatland Österreich war es soweit Android 9.0 Pie ist auf meinem Smartphone Galaxy S9, Norton Mobile funktioniert tadellos also auch die kostenlose "APP" Norton Clean !

Dies zur Information, und hoffentlich konnte ich diejenigen User bei denen es noch nicht angekommen ist ein wenig beruhigen, wird auch in Phasen ausgerollt ( alle Smartphones bekommen es ja nicht ). Es gibt eine Roadmap von Sammobile, wo genau ersichtlich ist, welche Hersteller, ab welchen BS Android 9.0 Pie ausliefern !!

The issues with Samsung devices and Norton App Lock are only related to the fingerprint login not working with the update to Android 9. The rest of the app functions as it should. Die Probleme mit Samsung-Geräten und Norton App Lock beziehen sich nur darauf, dass der Fingerabdruck-Login nicht mit dem Update auf Android 9 funktioniert. Der Rest der App funktioniert ordnungsgemäß. Norton ist sich dieses Problems bewusst. Hi @peterweb, my fingerprint login is working very well, i have no issues with my device Galaxy S9. Also i have see your postings for many days ago. So, that i can say NMS with Android 9.0 Pie is working very well. I have no problems.

Hi Reini

Good news that the fingerprint scan is working for you with Norton App Lock. Maybe the troubles are even device specific within the Samsung devices.

We'll see if the other users with Samsung devices have any luck.

Ok let us waiting, of the other users with Samsung devices or another ( LG,Sony, etc...) i will observe it, and if i have an answer i will tell you.
