Detections on my system

I ran through the different scan options to see how things work. No detections until I ran a Folder scan on my personal Download folder on my D: drive. Not the Windows Download folder.
NPE detected a couple of videos that came with a copy of Spinrite I downloaded in 2012. Also some touchpad drivers for my Acer laptop were flagged.
The WinPE item is a project from the tenforums maybe getting detected as it uses tools that dig into the HDD to fix mbr and other non booting errors. I actually downloaded this project to try to fix my spare desktop I use for testing. After not using it for months, I booted up and started updating Win 10 to 20H2. Somewhere in the update process, the computer stopped booting. A couple of tools I have showed that the partitions are still there.
So my testing is now being done on my Acer Laptop on Win 10 ver 19042.804
