Chatting during school time

Hello. Even when turning on Norton family school time, my child is still able to access her chat websites. I have checked online chatting as a non school category and I have also added websites specific, like Discord and she is still able to chat during school time.

Could you please confirm on which browser you observed this issue of websites not getting blocked during school time?

Based on our analysis we noticed that Microsoft Edge was used in the child's device. Since Microsoft Edge is unsupported, we recommend to use supported browsers(Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer). Having said that, we are also working on supporting Edge browser and we will update once it is available.

She is usually in Google. The website is discord

As informed in the other forum post, Norton Family will not block the websites that are already opened. However any new navigation will be blocked based on the policy. If you are referring to a different problem, we would like to take remote session for troubleshooting further on this.
