How to play a private video sent in messenger

I got sent a video In messenger but when I tried to play it it said I need a VPN so I download it the VPN they recommended when I went back to the video to play it it redirected me to a page calledterraclicks.com and it said I didn't have authorization 2 view the page can somebody pleasefricking help me

Hi rhend2270,

If the issue is on your PC, please have a look at the following article:  How to remove Terraclicks.com redirect (Virus Removal Guide)

If this is actually on a Mobile Device, you may have to kind of read between the lines, e.g., running a scan with your Norton product, try Malwarebytes for mobile, uninstall the VPN app they recommended, clear your browser cache/data, check for and remove any add-ins it my have added to your browser and or fully reset it. 

If you could provide a little more info, such as the device type and OS version, perhaps our Mobile Master, @peterweb could help further with your issue.
