Norton life lock has changed my annual subscription to a 30 day trial.

I have Norton Security Premium and the account is active and does no expire until 13/08/2021. However on my computer, MacBook Pro running Catalina, the subscription is showing as a 30 day trail for Norton Lifelock. I have followed all of the FAQ and guides on the Norton site but nothing has fixed this.

is there a fix? If not I will have to find another product for anti-virus protection

I do not have Mac experience, but can you check the main Norton interface to see if you have have Help > Subscription Status. If it is there, click on it to have your system sync with the subscription servers. If that does not apply to a Mac, contact Norton Support to have them sort out your subscription issue.    www.norton.com/contactcs
