I  can not connect to secure VPN.

Rerouting your traffic.  and then nothing happening.

I deleted Secure VPN and Norton 360 and reinstalled again. Now is good no problem. Thanks a lot for your advices. Isaac

IPhone 8 Plus iOS 14.4.2 I sent a report to support. When I uncheck on norton mobile security “ connect on demand.” Secure VPN is connected.

With connect on demand turned on, were you able to connect the VPN by manually turning it on in the VPN section of your Norton mobile? The on demand setting only turns the VPN on if Norton detects a compromised network.

Has your Norton been upgraded to the new Norton 360 iOS?

If connect on demand at Norton mobile security is off. So secure VPN is connected. If I set connect on demand at Norton mobile security on. So secure VPN can not be connected. Yes I upgraded to Norton 360.

With Connect on demand turned on, you should be able to manually turn on the VPN . Just tap on 'ON'.

That is correct. But when I am turning on Norton mobile security. secure VPN is disconnected. And can not be connected until that I turning off norton mobile security.

Looking at your image you are trying to control the VPN from the iOS settings. You cannot do that. You can only control the VPN from within the 360 iOS app.

Only in this way I can to ensure that Secure VPN is connected. Other way is to remove Norton mobile. I tried to control with the app. I must to remove norton mobile security.

With all due respect, you are not controlling the VPN from the iOS settings pages. All you can do there is enable the VPN configuration on your device so the app can provide the VPN service. To actually turn the feature on, you have to go to the VPN section of Norton 360 app as shown in my image above. So you need to return any settings you changed in iOS settings to their defaults, and then use the VPN settings in the 360 app.

Sorry I did not pick up on you having the standalone Secure VPN installed as well as 360. If you are using the new 360 iOS, you should uninstall the standalone Secure VPN app, and just use the feature in 360 to avoid any possible conflicts.

Your image shows you installed both the Norton Secure VPN app and the 360 app. The 360 app has the VPN function included. You should uninstall the standalone Secure VPN app to avoid possible conflicts.

my subscription has not the feature of Secure VPN.(I checked at My Norton featured  included) This is the reason that I need to install also Secure VPN.

How can I change my subscription to include also Secure VPN and also Identity.

Does your Norton 360 app on your iPhone have a VPN section that, when tapped, shows the same as my image above? If so you have the correct subscription. 

If not, you do not have the correct subscription level to support the new 360 with the VPN. You need to contact Norton Support and have them assist you to getting the correct subscription.    www.norton.com/contactcs
